Introduction
In this tutorial you can learn more about the subject knowledge required to teach the unit and effective ways of teaching this unit. 
The Big Task in "Which fruits would be good in your salad?" is for each group to design and make a bowl of fruit salad to share with other children in the class. The look, feel and taste of the fruit salad should match the requirements of the group as revealed by their own research and recorded in their specification.
